Join this tour to explore in more detail the full history of Magna Carta, including how it came to Salisbury, stories of its time at the Cathedral and why it remains here, and even a charming story of the Cathedral’s librarian cycling home with the document in her bicycle basket for safekeeping.
The tour ends with an opportunity to get up close to a facsimile of the document and learn more about additional archival treasures preserved by the Cathedral.
