Our skilled stonemasons devote their time to preserving this special building to ensure future generations can use and enjoy it as fully as its visitors do today.
Our exciting ‘Sponsor a Stone’ scheme helps us to continue this vital restoration work and gives you a unique opportunity to leave your mark on the building. You could have up to four initials of your choice carved on one of the replacement stones that the masons carve by hand, which will become a part of the uniquely beautiful masterpiece that is Salisbury Cathedral
When your stone is placed in the building, you will also receive a map and plan showing the exact location of your particular stone and, in some cases where logistics allow, you may even be invited to view your stone being installed!
