Virtual Chorister Tour
Welcome to the virtual Chorister Tour page, where you can take a trip round the Cathedral with Danger Mouse himself…well, actually it’s Alexander Armstrong, the comedian and TV star from Pointless, who is the voice of Danger Mouse.
Alexander and some of our choristers will take you around the Cathedral where you’ll meet a revolting rodent, learn about the choir’s strange traditions, and discover why we are a Cathedral that floats. There may be a few bad jokes too!
Please note that this tour is best viewed using a computer or laptop.
The simplest way to navigate through the tour is to do so using the thumbnail images displayed at the bottom of the screen - you may find it helpful to zoom in or out by holding down your 'Ctrl' key and using your + and - keys if you have a keypad.
Click below to launch the tour - make sure you click on the first thumbnail for the introduction video!
This page will remain open should you need to access these instructions.
If you really enjoy the tour, then why not come and see the Cathedral for real and hear the world oldest clock ticking… you can book your tickets here.
And if you love to sing, well, what about applying to be a chorister? Alexander Armstrong was a cathedral chorister and he loved it. You might do too.
To find out more watch the film below or, to organise a voice trial, get a grown up to help you sign up
