Food and Drink
Our Refectory Restaurant is open all year round, and offers stunning views of the spire through the glass roof. Serving a selection of delicious cakes, sausage rolls, deli sandwiches alongside hot and cold drinks, you can eat in or take your meal out for a picnic in the close.
We also offer delicious roast lunches on Sundays, with a choice of two roast meats and a vegetarian option served with Yorkshire puddings, traditional sauces, and fresh vegetables. These are served between 12:00 - 14:30.
Main courses are £12 for adults and £7 for children.
Hot or cold puddings such as fruit crumble and custard, sticky toffee pudding, and lemon tarte are also available at an additional cost of £5.25 for adults and £3 for children.
We have limited availability for our roast lunches. Booking in advance is required, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01722 555175 to reserve a table.
Please note, no dogs except guide and assistance dogs are allowed in the Refectory. Tickets do not need to be booked to visit the Refectory.
Bell Tower Tea Rooms
During the summer months, our quaint Bell Tower Tea Rooms overlooking the North Lawn of the Cathedral are serving a menu of hot and cold drinks, crisps, cakes and icecreams. Sit at a table and take in the best views of the Cathedral or get a take away and enjoy a picnic on our rolling lawns - perfect for young families!
