Medieval Graffiti Children’s Trail

Uncover the hidden marks and stories of Salisbury Cathedral this half-term!

This February half-term, families can enjoy our new Medieval Graffiti Trail, available with Cathedral admission from Monday 16 to Friday 20 February, 10am–4pm.

Young visitors can borrow an Explorer Bag — complete with torch, magnifying glass, and ruler — to investigate eight discovery points around the Cathedral. Each stop features an information board and a handmade replica of medieval graffiti created by our stonemasons, allowing children to explore by touch while helping protect the historic stonework. Explorer Bags must be returned at the end of your visit.

When they complete the trail, children can collect a special sticker as a keepsake.
