In the magical atmosphere of candlelight in Salisbury Cathedral, original music and arrangements for piano duet.

One of Schubert’s last compositions, his beautiful Fantasie in F minor, is at the centre of this recital, with two other masterworks – Debussy’s Petite Suite and York Bowen’s Suite – providing many contrasting moments of virtuosity and tranquillity. Two famous dances by Brahms and Dvorak are included, as are lighter pieces by Thomas Johnson (his engaging Rumba) and William Walton. You might even be treated to an encore.
