Easter Vigil and Readings

The Easter Vigil ends with the congregation moving outside for the ‘sun arising in the East’. The Easter candle is lit from a fire outside, which is then taken inside the still-dark Cathedral and raised a sign of Jesus’ resurrection.

Members of the church are baptized and confirmed.
