Refectory Restaurant
With stunning views of the spire through its glorious glass roof, our Refectory Restaurant is open all year round, Here, you can enjoy a selection of delicious cakes, sausage rolls, deli sandwiches, soups, hot meals and hot and cold drinks. You can choose to eat in the tranquil cloisters, or take your refreshments outside for a picnic in the Close. Please note, no dogs except guide and assistance dogs are allowed in the Refectory. You don’t need to book tickets to visit the Refectory.
We cater to a range of dietary requirements, offering gluten-free and vegan cakes, as well as gluten-free sandwich options. A vegan soup is available daily, and our hot counter includes vegetarian and vegan meal choices. We also provide oat and soy milk as dairy-free alternatives.
Warm up this winter at Salisbury Cathedral Refectory with hearty stews, comforting curries, and daily soups, alongside freshly made deli and hot sandwiches. From 1 December to 4 January, enjoy our festive lunch featuring traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings, or a delicious vegan alternative. A vegan Christmas pudding with ice cream makes for the perfect seasonal finish!

Bell Tower Tea Rooms
During the summer months, our quaint Bell Tower Tea Rooms overlooking the North Lawn of the Cathedral are serving a menu of hot and cold drinks, crisps, cakes and ice creams. Sit at a table and take in the best views of the Cathedral or get a take away and enjoy a picnic on our rolling lawns – perfect for young families!
