Your commitment to us
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Salisbury Cathedral and yourself.
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes - once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. We can only accept and process payment in British pounds (GBP).
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds for visitor entrance tickets but they are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and you will be able to rebook for free at anytime within this period.
Parking in the Cathedral close is limited and costs £7 for a full day permit - this includes blue badge holders. Alternative parking is available in town.
Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.
Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.
Please present your confirmation email on your phone or tell us your booking reference number on arrival.
Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.
Please note that access to the Cathedral can be limited during special events, please check our Closures before you travel.
