New Painting of Boy Choristers Unveiled

A spectacular new painting by talented local artist, Rosamund Bromley, of the boy choristers with David Halls (Director of Music), has been unveiled.


The painting shows the boys standing in the Cloister Garth with the Cathedral towering above them. The painting is so detailed that it is possible to recognise all the current boy choristers. The original painting is being offered for sale by a silent auction with a reserve price of £500. Signed limited edition prints of the painting are also offered for sale.


There will be an opportunity to view the painting after the Eucharist on Sunday 13th July at the West End of the Cathedral during coffee. Order forms for the prints can be downloaded here.
