Threads through Conversation

‘Threads through Revelation’ artist Jacquiline Parkinson will be joined in conversation with Cathedral Visual Arts Curator Jacquiline Creswell. There is an opportunity to view the exhibition following Evensong, at 18.15, please meet in the Cathedral. Retiring collection for the Cathedral’s Art Fund which funds these sorts of opportunities.
Revealing Stitches: Hand Embroidery and Textile Collage Workshop

Inspired by the ‘Threads Through Revelation’ exhibition by Jacqui Parkinson, this workshop offers you the chance to create your own hand embroidered response to the exhibition working alongside embroidery artist Pippa Haynes. Work throughout the day with a range of materials and techniques combining stitching, textiles and appliqué to explore your own ideas. Tickets available on our website £40. Max 10 places.
