Some of the best, most original UK designers and makers will be showcasing their craft and selling their work under a marquee on our West Lawn for two days.
Salisbury’s local heritage will also be on show (including the Cathedral's own stonemasons) with both adults and children able to learn about ancient skills, as well as our local history, through a mixture of practical workshops, interactive demonstrations and talks run by over 15 heritage experts.
There will also be craft & heritage tours and trails both within the Cathedral Close and outside into the City.
All workshops, tours & trails are included FREE within the weekend ticket price making the Fayre both excellent value and fun for all the family (£5 Adults, £12 Family, Children Under 12 free, 12-19 Years Old & Students £2).
There will also be a ‘canvas’ painting competition run separately by Plain Arts in the Cloisters from 11am to 4pm on the Saturday and Cream Teas on the West Lawn the whole weekend.
All the money raised from this event will go to local charities including Salisbury Cathedral, Splash, Exeter House and others supported by the Salisbury Rotary Club & Salisbury Chamber of Commerce.
