Salisbury Cathedral's famous Advent Procession takes place on Friday and Saturday evening at 19:00. and on Sunday evening at 17:00. Admission on Friday is by (free) ticket only, but admission on Saturday and Sunday is first-come first-served and you're encouraged to arrive early! This very special service starts in complete darkness and ends with the entire Cathedral lit by approximately 1300 candles. Beautiful choral music, Bible readings and congregational hymns tell the story of the promise of God's coming amongst us.
